Plum first partnered with Convoy of Hope, an organization with a driving passion to feed the globe through national community programs, outreach and disaster response, during the launch our Full Effect® program in 2013. Over the concluding four years, they've been incredible partners as we continue our mission to provide all little ones with the very best food from the very start seize with teeth.
The Total Effect® in partnership with Convoy of Hope focuses on on-going donations, disaster relief, outreach programming and rural compassion programs. Each month, pallets of Plum product are sent to Convoy of Hope who then distribute our pouches to their network of non-profits throughout the country, or to specified programs which target piffling ones in need throughout the US.
In the most contempo disasters of Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma, Convoy of Hope was ready equally ever with resource, nutrient, and supplies to support disaster-stricken areas in demand – impressing us all with their speed and delivery to feeding the world. As Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, Convoy of Hope already had trucks on the road full of food and production donations. Over 100 pallets have been sent to hurricane disaster sites through Convoy of Promise, and we're excited to see other brands partner with Convoy by sending relief support such as in-kind soups, snacks, and cleaning supply donations.
Although it has been a few weeks since the first disaster hit, Convoy will continue to support the backwash of the events, and their disaster relief efforts are just getting started. If you are interested in finding ways to back up Convoy of Hope, cheque out their website.
